Our standard weekday Compology remote support (CRS) package gives you unlimited phone, email and where possible remote computer control based support, and includes our industry leading anti-virus / anti-spam service provided by Appriver. We include this service as part of our ongoing maintenance to make your email experience much better and means the primary route of getting viruses into your business is stopped BEFORE the spam messages get to your server which results in more reliability for you. 1
As part of being on contract, you also benefit from preferential response – we will always prioritise support customers over non-support covered customers or new business enquiries. Another benefit is your receive preferential on-site support charges, reduced by approximately 30% over usual rates.
Weekend Support
We can optionally offer weekend support and tailor this to your needs. This isn't part of our standard support package as most of our customers do not require this facility. Please call us to discuss your requirements fully.

1 - This service is only compatible with directly delivered email to your server via SMTP. We can of course help explain what this is and configure it if shown to be required.
