Broadband - Help with new installation of broadband, improving existing broadband and fault diagnosing

Broadband is now the primary method for businesses to connect to the internet. Broadband means an internet connection that has a much higher data rate than the old modem or ISDN connections, and is commonly shared so that all computers in the office can access the internet. This can of course be restricted as the business requires to prevent staff accessing internet if not required.

Compology uses a number of internet providers when supplying broadband to it's customers, it's a common misconception that only BT supply broadband. We favour internet providers that can provide a better level of service than the larger telecoms organisations can offer, and which focus solely on offering internet access products. We mainly recommend Plusnet to our customers although occasionally your requirements may be better served by other suppliers.
